Before booking a stay at Little Falls Pottery Retreat, all guests are required to review and acknowledge the risks associated with the property and its activities.
The retreat includes activities and features that carry inherent risks, including the use of pottery kilns, tools, and clay materials; use of the wood-fired sauna; uneven terrain and wooded trail walking; heat exposure; and potential contact with honeybees or other insects.
By booking and participating in activities during your stay, you acknowledge these risks, whether known or unknown, and voluntarily accept responsibility for your participation.
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in any activities during their stay, including use of the wood-fired sauna. Guests agree to follow all applicable safety rules and instructions and to use their own judgment when deciding which activities to participate in.
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, guests agree to release and hold harmless the retreat organizers, property owners, instructors, employees, and volunteers from claims arising from ordinary negligence related to their participation, to the extent permitted by law.
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
All guests must acknowledge the waiver before their reservation can be confirmed. Please review this policy carefully before booking.
