Little Falls Pottery Retreat (LFPR) Cancellation Policy:

As we are a very small seasonal business, we ask that you ensure your availability and avoid cancelling after April 1 in the year of your booking.  We do understand that unexpected circumstances and/or emergencies arise and want to provide for some flexibility so your reservation fee/deposit funds to visit to LFPR can be possibly used at a later date.  Should you need to cancel your experience with LFPR for the intended season and if you inform us prior to April 1 in the year of your reserved stay, we’ll provide a full refund of your full deposit.  If you contact us after April 1, LFPR holds the deposit (aka ‘reservation fee’) to be used anytime in the same season (subject to availability), or to be applied in the successive season.  If the deposit funds are not used to stay with LFPR by September 30 of the successive season, they will not be refunded or usable for stays.  If you wish to use the funds to purchase LFPR products, the owners are sometimes willing to accommodate that request depending on product availability.  Although we can’t imagine ever wanting to cancel ever, LFPR reserves the right to cancel classes or stay experiences with short notice-  if we cancel the event ou have registered for due to no fault of your own, we will refund your downpayment in full within a day or two.

LFPR Deposit: LFPR requires a minimum 50% deposit at time of booking and balance due upon check-in.  Instruction fees, studio time and/or material fees require no deposit, but are due at check-in and the cost will vary based on your intended retreat goals.

Tipping Policy: welcomed but not required.  If you are happy with your instruction and stay, we appreciate your tips and commit to using the funds to continue to make LFPR a special place for your return stay.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your stay or the experience at LFPR please speak directly with Dan.  LFPR was created to bring potters to a relaxing country setting and provide for rejuvenation and resetting.  We prioritize your experience and happiness over profit, so please don’t hesitate to let us know what you think we can improve upon!

Liability: Customer agrees to hold LFPR and its owners harmless for incidents that are not deemed the fault of LFPR ownership.  The LFPR is sited at a country farm-style property and there are slips, trip and fall hazards that guests must navigate.

Accessibility: our main treehouse community cabin is accessible via ramp.  Our studio, bathroom and dining hall are ramp accessible to ensure all are welcome and able to rejuvenate with us.  If you have special needs, please let us know and we’ll do our absolute best to make sure you have what you need!

Pets: AKC registered service dogs welcome.
